2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the letter issued vide Memo No. 4160 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.6445 of 2018(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/3 01.09.2008 under the signature of respondent No.4 as well as Letter No. 2306 dated 29.08.2012.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised a preliminary objection and submits that exactly with similar prayer, the petitioner had earlier moved before this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 12713 of 2013 challenging the same order in which the following order has been passed vide order dated 28.09.2016 :- "In view of the decision of the Secretary to the Government of Bihar vide memo no. 4160 dated 1.9.2008 and memo no.2306 dated 29.8.2012, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to challenge the same in the appropriate proceeding.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner in instead of availing liberty granted by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 12713 of 2013 has again filed the present writ petition with exactly similar prayer.

5. In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner has no respect for law. As such, the writ petition stands dismissed.
