JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 579 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 387, 427, 504 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR allegation against the petitioner is that he demanded extortion from the informant and taken away his motorcycle and set the motorcycle on fire.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that informant is his tenant as he was demanding rent he has falsely been implicated.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that materials collected during investigation supports the prosecution case and it has also come that motorcycle was set on fire.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73718 of 2019(3) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
