2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the similarly situated matter, this Hon'ble Court has decided one case vide order dated 24.11.2019 passed in C.W. J.C. No. 14952 of 2009 and the case of the petitioner is squarely covered from the said order

3. Counsel further submits that the clause 4(C) of the Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011 clearly states that in similarly situated cases similar types of order may be passed.

4. Counsel for state submits that the petitioner seeks permission to represent his case before the authority as it is covered under the order passed by this Court which is Annexure-4 and he has no objection for the same.

5. In this background, let this petition be disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his remedy by way of filing representation. If upon considering the case of the petitioner, if respondent authorities finds that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered under the order passed by this Court which is attached as Annexure-4 then similar treatment be made with the petitioner as well.

6. Respondent No. 2 is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order on representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of production of this order. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
