JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the State Respondents, more particularly the District Magistrate, Nawada and the Superintendent of Police, Nawada to protect the life and property of the petitioner from the land grabbers, who are trying to grab the land of the petitioner, appertaining to Khata No. 200, Plots No. 570, 630, 1610, 1724 and 1747, situated at Mauza-Parriya, Circle-Pakriwarama, Halka-Belkhunda, District-Nawada, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nawada, for

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Nawada, shall enquire into the grievances of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, forthwith.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
