Though the petitioner has sought a direction to the authorities concerned for transferring him under the rules to a place of his choice, but during the course of argument, he has expressed that he shall be satisfied if a direction is issued to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to dispose of the representation preferred by him in that regard, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months of the receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya (respondent No. 8) is directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months. For the convenience of the petitioner as also of the concerned respondent, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from today before the concerned respondent. The date for disposing of the petitioner's representation will start running from the date of the receipt of the fresh
