Patna High Court CWJC No.22767 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/3 submitted that this case is squarely covered by the decision dated 11.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7322 of 2017 as also the order dated 03.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13162 of 2019.

If this be so, then this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of matric trained scale on completion of three years from the date of joining of the petitioners as they cannot be faulted with no on job training.

Necessary decision in this regard shall be made by the concerned respondent within a period of sixty days of filing of a suitable representation before such respondent annexing a copy of the orders referred to above as also of this order. If the claim of the petitioners is found to be covered by the aforesaid decisions, necessary consequential orders also shall be passed within the aforesaid period.
