JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2024 By order dated 19.01.2024, petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of one month to settle the dispute between the parties and he was directed to bring the compromise petition on record by way of filing supplementary affidavit.

2. In compliance of the above order, Supplementary affidavit dated 22.06.2024 is available in Cr. Misc. No. 80958 of 2023 which suggests that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

3.Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.01.2024 is hereby confirmed.
