The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in this case and no recovery of wine from his possession or from their house and they have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that recovery of 209.250 lt. foreign liquor from tempo. Case No.430/2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, subject to after deposit of Rs.10,000/- at District Legal Services Authority, Patna.
