2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fake experience certificate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence or submitted any false certificate and has been appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher, after due verification of all her educational certificates
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85382 of 2023(4) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 including experience certificate, but without giving any notice or opportunity of hearing, same was declared as false and fabricated.
5. In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Vigilance Department.
6. Learned counsel for the Vigilance Department, by referring to paragraph - 9 of the counter affidavit, submits that the Experience Certificate, submitted by the petitioner, was verified and thereupon, it was found that the same was not issued in the name of petitioner by the office of District Education Officer, Sheohar. Thus, the petitioner got herself appointed as Niyojit Teacher on the basis of forged and fake experience certificate.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
