The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ order or direction for quashing of order dated 21.09.2024 passed in PDS Appeal No. 51 of 2022-23/ 06 of 2023-24, passed by the collector, Vaishali whereby and where under PDS Appeal No. 51 of 2022-23/ 06 of 2023-24 has been dismissed and order dated 09.12.2014 passed in Supply Case No. 01-66 of 2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Hajipur has been confirmed and upheld.

(ii) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order or direction for quashing Memo No.21M dated 09.12.2014 issued by the P.D.S., Sub Divisional Officer, Hajipur, Vaishali, whereby and where under Licence No. 40 of 2007 of the petitioner has been cancelled with immediate effect.

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing a revision under Section 32(vi) of the Control Order 2016, the present CWJC is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner ventilating his grievance. The said revision shall be filed within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Divisional Commissioner shall pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that before any order is passed, all the parties shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing and submit their objections, if any. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks thereof. Any order passed shall be communicated to all the parties.

4. With the above said directions, the writ petition stand disposed of.
