2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 239 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 414, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be involved in the theft of a Motorcycle.

4. The motorcycle in question has been recovered from the front side of the house of the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 27.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 239 of 2023.
