2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468 , 471 , 420, 120 B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner got appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of fake certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the case , this petitioner has already been terminated from her service as Panchayat Teacher. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has already been terminated from her service as Panchayat Teacher, period of custody of petitioner , and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Khagaria in connection with Alouli Police Station Case No. 18 of 2016.
