2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No.115 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 103(1), 238, 3(5), B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the son of the informant aged about 19 years, namely, Prince Kumar was missing since 24.09.2024. The informant searched him, but he could not know anything regarding his whereabouts as such he has filed this case on 26.09.2024.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. In para-19 of the case diary it has come that this petitioner had talked with alleged co-accused, thereafter this petitioner has given his confessional statement and his confessional statement he has accepted that he was indulged in the murder of the deceased except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner.
6. The learned counsel of the informant has argued that from perusal of the confessional statement it is clear that this petitioner was having role and that the murder is a dreaded one. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.09.2024.
7. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84190 of 2024(3) dt.06-02-2025 3/3 bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Barh, Patna in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No.115 of 2024.
