Patna High Court MJC No.4726 of 2019(3) dt.30-03-2022 2/3 ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a contempt petition bearing MJC No. 2556 of 2019, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the order dated 11.9.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though the defects had been sought to be removed, but it appears that the same have not been completely cured in a proper manner resulting in dismissal of the present case on account of default. However, it is submitted that within two weeks, the remaining defects shall be removed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons mentioned in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid contempt petition bearing MCJ No. 2556 of 2019 to its original file, subject to removal of the remaining defects within two weeks by physical mode for which the registry shall do the needful and permit
