The petitioners are accused in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the FIR that on the basis of written report of informant, Chandan Kumar, Jandaha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 was instituted against unknown, who were on motorcycle. In course of investigation, police apprehended the petitioner in connection Jandaha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 and thereafter, the police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77128 of 2019(4) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 showing his hand in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019 and after investigation, the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
