The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2018 in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.39 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 380 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to commit theft. However, the case is entirely false and the petitioner was a House-Guard, who had not been paid his remuneration and for this reason, he has been implicated in this case.
