2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbisganj (Simraha) P. S. Case No. 778 of 2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of the assailants.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Due to money dispute, this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.08.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased who has been named by the deceased.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
