JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sursand P. S. Case No. 341 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 504, 332, 379, 353, 307, 427 of the IPC.

As per prosecution case 200-300 accused persons and some named accused persons including the petitioners started pelting stones and bricks on the police personnel, causing injury to some police personnel and there is also allegation of damage of government vehicle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are named in the F.I.R. No specific allegation has been attributed against them. They have no criminal antecedent. Two of the other accused persons have been granted privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74343 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 82040 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Kavindra Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P. S. Case No. 341 of 2019.
