The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to 'Digitalise' its revenue records as per existing manual revenue of record of Katoria Anchal by uploading the details of Jamabandi no.50 of the said Anchal , District-Banka. It is a purely administrative function of the State of

Patna High Court CWJC No. 23510 of 2019(3) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 Bihar, which itself is contemplating to digitalise the revenue records. Accordingly, no writ can be issued to the respondents to digitalise the revenue records.

The writ petition is dismissed.
