The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioners along with other accused persons committed murder of niece of the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. The victim herself left the matrimonial home and despite hectic search made by the petitioners, the victim could not be traced out. No offence under Section 304B IPC is made out.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75299 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

It appears that victim is still traceless.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
