The present application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner to cancel bail bond of opposite party nos.2 to 4 which was granted by the learned A.D.J.-II, Danapur vide order dated 01.10.2018.

Having heard the parties at length and perusing the materials available on record, I find no reason to cancel the bail bond of opposite party nos.2 to 4.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
