JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barauni P. S. Case No. 374 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 385, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. petitioners and other accused persons came to the transport company of the informant and demanded Rs.25,000/- as Rangdari and when he has not given the same, he was assaulted by the petitioner no.1 and other accused persons. There is also allegation against the petitioner no.1 on snatching the golden chain of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that present case is a counter version to a case lodged by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73712 of 2019(3) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 wife of the petitioner no.1 as Rs.40,000/- of the petitioner was due with the informant and for which, he had gone to collect the same, but he was assaulted by the accused persons. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P. S. Case No. 374 of 2019.
