The petitioner has filed this writ application seeking the relief of mandamus/direction to respondents to allow the petitioner in physical examination as passed the entrance test for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), N.I.A., S.S.F and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles (AR) Examination, 2018 and he passed entrance test but without any reason he was not invited for physical test. Annexure-4 of the writ petition indicates that the petitioner was called for physical examination on 22.08.2019 and he was not

Patna High Court CWJC No.23615 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 found qualified in Biometric verification and liberty was given to the petitioner to the effect that if he is not satisfied with the ground of rejection, he may prefer appeal in writing to the Appellate Authority on the same day through Presiding Officer and the decision of the Appellate Authority will be final and no further representation will be accepted/entertained. The whole writ petition does not indicates about preparing the appeal by the petitioner, as such, I find no merit in this writ application, accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed.
