2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023 registered on 24.08.2023 lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons and country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that both the accused persons are brother. The allegation made by police appears to be incorrect. Counsel further submits that due to dirty village politics, there name has been figured in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery of arms has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

6. Upon specific query made by this Court that whether charge has been framed or not, counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed.

7. In this view of the matter, Court below is directed to conclude the trial within 60 days. If trial is not concluded, Court below is directed to release the petitioner. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
