2. Despite the petitioners rendering effective service, they have not been paid their salaries. Their representations before the District Education Officer and District Programme Officer (Estb.), Purnea have also gone on deaf ears.

3. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the State submits that according to the instructions received by him, necessary directions have already been issued for payment of salaries to the petitioners.

4. If that be so, the petitioners ought to be paid their salaries as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks of a fresh representation to be filed by the petitioners within a period of one week annexing a copy of this order before the District Programme Officer (Estab.), Purnea.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
