JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 01.03.2018, passed by the respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Nalanda in a proceeding bearing Case no. 527110120091702127/2A, however, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed today before this Court by the respondent- State, wherein, it has been stated that the District Magistrate, Nalanda-cum-Second Appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.5764 of 2018(6) dt.19-09-2022 2/2 Authority, Nalanda has passed an order dated 10.09.2022, whereby and whereunder, the aforesaid order 01.03.2018 has been withdrawn.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the moment, the petitioner is having no grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
