The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the order as contained in memo No. 596 dated 19.06.2018 (Annexure-1) issued under the signature of Block Development Officer, Naugachhia by which the petitioner, after revocation of his suspension, has been transferred from Madhya Vidyalaya, Dholbajja to Madhya Vidyalaya, Luri Das Tola. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.23497 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 there is no necessity of transfer of the petitioner from one place to another but it appears that petitioner was put under suspension for defalcation of huge amount and after departmental proceeding his suspension was revoked. Thereafter, on administrative ground the petitioner was transferred from Madhya Vidyalaya, Dholbajja to Madhya Vidyalaya, Luri Das Tola.

I do not find any reason to interfere in the impugned order of transfer. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
