The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of an untoward act which would cause further mental torture to the opposite party no. 2. It is further submitted that as and when required, he shall be present himself before the court.

No.75443 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
