ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2017 in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 639 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and there has been no recovery from his possession. It is further submitted that only on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Bikky Kumar that the name of the petitioner has surfaced.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19820 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 639 of 2017.
