JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karakat P. S. Case No.147 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the I.P.C. According to written report itself, petitioner was mediator in the marriage of informant as well as co-accused Anshu Kumari @ Puja Kumari. Although the informant claims that he had given cash to petitioner as well as Anshu Kumari @ Puja Kumari, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been roped in this case only because he was mediator in the marriage of informant as well as co-accused Anshu Kumari @ Puja Kumari.

No.74811 of 2019(3) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.
