2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S.Case No. 74 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased . He is accused of killing his wife( deceased) for dowry. The witnesses have supported the prosecution story.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
