The petitioner is in custody in connection with Session Case No. 500 of 2018 arising out of Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that except suspicion there is no material against the petitioner to connect him with the present case and the entire case is based on circumstantial evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Session Case No. 500 of 2018 arising out of Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018, due to the circumstance of total lockdown on account of the pandemic of COVID-2019.
