2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted son of informant with spade.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Though, there is allegation of assault with spade, but there is no injury report of son of informant on record, which itself falsifies the prosecution case. Present case is counter blast of Rajepur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, which was lodged by petitioner against informant's side.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in East Champaran district in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
