2. Injunction application filed by the petitioner in Title Suit No. 133 of 2023 shall be disposed of by the Sub Judge

Patna High Court CWJC No.17465 of 2023(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 Teghra within a month from the date of communication/production of a copy of this order.

3. The Sub Judge, Teghra will hear all the concerned parties who have appeared and thereafter pass an order in accordance with law.

4. Till the disposal of the Injunction application, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner by the respondent/s including the Circle Officer Teghra.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
