2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 576 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 23.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 21144 of 2025 which reads as follows:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 576 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, three named accused persons are suspected of have kidnapped the victim and killed him.

4. Several conversations were made between the informant and Vinay Kumar Singh. The petitioner has helped the informant and Vinay Kumar Singh in killing the deceased. He is in custody since 15.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

4. The charges have been framed in the case and the trial has started. This Court finds no ground to review its earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
