2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for invoking the contempt jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for deliberate and willful disobedience by the concerned respondents (specifically Respondent need no.-5) of the Order dated 14.05.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18490 of 2021, whereby Respondent no.-5 (The Circle Officer, Barh, Patna) had been directed to take up the matter regarding measurement of land of the petitioner, after putting all the concerned parties to notice, to take the same to its logical conclusion within a period of four months from the date application is received in the office."

3. An order was passed on 14.05.2024 asking the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Barh, Patna who shall be taking steps on the petition.

4. A show-cause of the opposite party nos. 3 to 5 duly signed by the Circle Officer, Barh is on record according to which, on 01.12.2023 it was recorded that there is parallel Jamabandi with regard to the land in question causing law and order problem in the measurement of the said land.

5. In that background, the Circle Officer, Barh after considering all the facts disposed of the Measurement Case No. 12 of 2020 on 02.09.2024 directing the petitioner to approach the Additional Collector, Patna for cancellation of the said Jamabandi No. 310/A created over the land.

6. Having gone through the facts of the case and the show cause copy of which was served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 24.01.2025, this Court is convinced that no contempt is made out.

7. MJC No. 4170 of 2024 stands disposed of.
