The challenge is to the order dated 22.10.2019 passed in CWJC No.17576 of 2019 (Sudha Rani Versus the State of Bihar & Ors.).

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner/appellant states that petitioner has already joined the station to which she was transferred in terms of the impugned order, as contained in Annexure 3 to the writ petition.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1466 of 2019 dt.17-03-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant states that petitioner shall approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, but, direction be issued for expeditious disposal of representation as permitted to be made in terms of the direction issued by learned Single Judge vide impugned order dated 22.10.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17576 of 2019 (Sudha Rani Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.).

As such, as prayed for, we dispose of the present appeal with a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari to consider and decide the petitioner's representation, as and when made, expeditiously, and preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
