2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 293 of 2023 arising out of Mokama P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is suspected to have killed his wife. In the trial five witnesses have been examined including the informant Rohit Kumar. All the witnesses have turned hostile. The petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Barh, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 293 of 2023 arising out of Mokama P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
