2. Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.11.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45130 of 2022.

3. The trial court report indicates that out of five charge-sheeted witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined and at present, the case is running at the stage of recording evidence of rest three witnesses. Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
