Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already filed a representation before the respondent no.9, but till date no order has been passed on it. 3.

Accordingly, in view of reliefs sought by the petitioner, the respondent no.9 is directed to dispose of the representation

The respondent no.9 is also directed to pay the consequential benefits, if any, entitled to the petitioner. 5.

It is made clear that the respondent no.9 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
