2. The instant application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 71517 of 2025, whereby the petitioner has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. However, due to inadvertent mistake on the part of the petitioner, his father's name has been wrongly mentioned as "Late Rajeshwar Mehta" in place of "Late Ratneshwar Mehta".

3. Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed.

4. Let in the cause title of the order dated 16.10.2025, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87843 of 2025(2) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 father's name of the petitioner be read as "Late Ratneshwar Mehta" in place of "Late Rajeshwar Mehta".

5. The period for surrender of the petitioner and the time to furnish bail bond is further extended for four weeks' from today.
