2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 384 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023, lodged under Sections 324, 307, 504, and 506 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have stabbed the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2023 having clean antecedent. He further submits that the injury caused to the informant has been found simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 384 of 2023.
