2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order dated 01.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 19335 of 2012 has been fully complied by the Power Holding Company.
3. Learned counsel for the Power Holding Company draws the attention of this Court on Annexure R/2 dated
Patna High Court MJC No.4151 of 2024(6) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 16.06.2025 of the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. which suggest that the payment has already been made to the petitioner but the said payment is affected by the outcome of the LPA No. 1169 of 2024 which is pending and the same was filed by the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. challenging the order dated 01.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 19335 of 2025.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
