JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 489 of 2017 for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having done to death the daughter of the informant by administering poison to her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is cousin father-in-law of the victim deceased lady who is living separately and has got nothing to do with the victim girl. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 21.12.2018 and is having a clean antecedent.

No.20667 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with G.R. Case No. 7851 of 2017 arising out of Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 489 of 2017.
