2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 242 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 307, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons entered into the office of the informant and started assaulting him. They also dismantled the articles of the office and threatened him to kill.

4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main allegation is on Mohan Kumar and not on the petitioner and the said Mohan Kumar has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83086 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this in Cr. Misc. No. 77439 of 2023 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing than that of co-accused Mohan Kumar.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 242 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
