1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned GP-26 for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.4, 5 and 6.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed for a direction upon the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Tribunal to dispose of the L.A. Case No.07(K)/2022 arising out of L.A. Case No.76 of 2015-16

Patna High Court CWJC No.18756 of 2024(3) dt.17-06-2025 2/2 (Kishanganj) within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the respondent nos.4, 5 and 6 does not have any objection to the said prayer made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner rather it has been fairly submitted that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Tribunal to dispose of the L.A. Case No.07(K)/2022 arising out of L.A. Case No.76 of 2015-16 (Kishanganj) within a time frame.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Tribunal to dispose of the L.A. Case No.07(K)/2022 arising out of L.A. Case No.76 of 2015-16 (Kishanganj) within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
