2. Learned counsel for the State has produced an office order dated 08.10.2025, by which the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, and she has been transferred to Nalanda, Bihar Sharif.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain salary issues of the petitioner are still pending.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the salary of the petitioner shall be paid to her as soon as she joins at the new place of posting.

5. In these circumstances, nothing remains in the present writ petition.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, directed that the salary of the petitioner from 14.03.2024 till the date of her joining shall be paid by the respondent authorities after she joins at Nalanda.

7. A copy of the office order dated 08.10.2025 is taken on record.
