Patna High Court CWJC No.19260 of 2024(4) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 investigation of the irregularities committed under various development schemes of Gram Panchayat, Najari for which complaint has been made by the petitioner as well as other villagers.

2. The petition is absolutely vague and general suggesting that the money allotted for the execution of works under various schemes are being bungled. No specific instance has been pointed out by the petitioner. In fact, what we could gather from this petition is that some representation at some level has been filed.

3. The petitioner would be well advised to pursue his remedies before appropriate forum.

4. No case has been made out for our interference in this matter.

5. The petition is dismissed.
