2. This writ application has been filed seeking direction to remove encroachment from Kehsra No. 1084, situate at Maquza Sigiyaun, within Anchal Rajnagar, Madhubani District, which is a public road.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to an order dated 10.05.1993, whereby the Circle Officer had directed for removal of the encroachment from the land in question. He has submitted that even after lapse of more than 26 years of passing of the order dated 10.05.1993, no action has been taken for removal of encroachment.

4. The petitioner has remedy of approaching the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which the petitioner may invoke.
5. This application stands disposed of accordingly with the observation noted above.
