Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners, who are mother-in-law, father-inlaw and brother-in-law of the deceased, have been falsely implicated in this case on basis of suspicion. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The allegations levelled

Petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased and they have no concern with the affairs of husband and wife. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S.
